Adding Role to admin

Hello ,
I created test plan by the administrator and assign it to couple of users , I can't find the test plan in the test plan management area and administrator do not have access on it , just the user who the test plan assigned to him have access to it , i make one of the users who have access administrator to try to assign it to another user or to the admin but this didn't work as when i change test plan role it refuse , Thanks in advance.

1. please try to format text next time in order to do it more readble.
2. provide an example with step by step to reproduce.
3. CHECK TEST PLAN private/public attribute, this is IMHO the issue

1-Sorry for the text but i use the normal writing here and i see your post in the same format
2-The issue steps
2.1-Create Test Plan
2.2-Make it active and public
2.3 -assign Test Plan Roles using set roles to users , all take no rights except one user
2-4- the issue is here as the admin do not have rights so no one can see the test plan
2.5- I tried to make this user admin but he can't add roles as the user management tab called users\Roles not User Management as the admin user

unfortunately steps 2.4 and 2.5 are not clear enough.
please create detailed step by step using at least 3 users, providing also default role.

Hi ,Here the the full case starting from creating user , lets suppose i have 5 users
User Admin who is the administrator and 4 other user user A ,user B , User C,User D
1-I created Test plan Called Test which is active and public
2-I log in with user Admin and went to TAB (User Management)
3-In User Management i can see all the 5 users
4-I clicked on Assign Test Plan Roles
5-i chose my Test plan (Test) in Test plan
6-In set roles to i chose <no rights> for all users
7-I chose user A and assign to him role Senior tester

The case now users admin , B.C,D do not see this test plan , also user admin can't see this test plan in test plan management
My question how can i make user admin have access to this test plan ?

Hi , Am i able to add role to the admin from database , If so what is the tables should i work on .
