Test Scenario EXAMPLE

A better than nothing example
- Create a TestPlan/Build with several TestCases
- Assign to a user
- Execute TC1 (blocked)
- Execute TC1 (failed)
- Execute TC1 (passed)
- Execute all other test cases minus 1

Open the report. '"Results by Tester per Build'
Total and Not Run are wrong

What we need
Test Scenario 1
* NO PLATFORMS
* ONE BUILD

1. create test project ISSUE-5289
2. create Test suite TS1
3. create test case TC-1A, TC-1B
4. create Test plan TPLAN A
5. create build 1.0
6. add JUST TC-1A to test plan TPLAN A assigning to user 'Felipe Massa'
We have ONLY ONE TEST CASE on test plan.

7. Execute TC-1A -> blocked -> check report
8. Execute TC-1A -> failed -> check report
9. Execute TC-1A -> passed -> check report
10. add TC-1B to test plan TPLAN A assigning to user 'Jenson Button'
Now we have TWO TEST CASES on test plan.
11. Access report 'Results by Tester per Build'
Expected Figures
Build 1 - Felipe Massa - Assigned: 1 - Passed 1 - all other statuses 0
Build 1 - Jenson Button - Assigned: 1 - Not Run 1 - all other statuses 0
Actual => OK => see attached images
