SOLVED Call to undefined function JiraApi\\curl_i

Postby lancelyons » Thu Jan 07, 2016 11:20 pm

Hi, We have the latest build / stable release of testlink (1.9.14) running and everything seems ok. We are able to do testplans, testcases, etc.

However when we turn on Jira integration using REST API (have heard that soap is being deprecated and direct connect to db is not a good idea) we get some errors as shown below in the error.log file.

[Thu Jan 07 17:11:25.814073 2016] [:error] [pid 6112:tid 968] [client 10.243.99.9:42713] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function JiraApi\\curl_init() in C:\\apache\\htdocs\\third_party\\fayp-jira-rest\\RestRequest.php on line 48, referer: https://testlink.onlifehealth.com/lib/e ... _testplan=

our configuration for issue tracker integration using REST is as follows.

<issuetracker>
<username>user</username>
<password>password</password>
<uribase>https://jira.ourcompany.com</uribase>
<uriapi>https://jira.ourcompany.com/rest/api/2/</uriapi>
<uriview>https://jira.ourcompany.com/browse/</uriview>
<uricreate>https://jira.ourcompany.com/secure/CreateIssue!default.jspa</uricreate>
<userinteraction>1</userinteraction>
<projectkey>NLO</projectkey>
<issuetype>1</issuetype>
</issuetracker>

We are able to do a curl command on the machine just fine from the testlink server and it returns the proper data.

curl -u user:password http://jira.ourcompany.com/rest/api/2/issue/NLO-2245

Are there any suggestions on how we can solve this or how we can debug this?

the Rest api is working as I have been able to hit the uriapi, uriview and uricreate with no problem after authentication.

Thanks in advance.

That fman. We did figure that out over the weekend that we were missing the PHP curl enabling.

Now we need to figure out how to add additional fields to the create issue dialog box in Testlink.
