Create Issue with REDMINE CUSTOM FIELDS

Postby crimuco » Mon Jul 10, 2017 11:46 am

Hi, I've configured my Issue Tracker:

<!-- Template redminerestInterface -->
<issuetracker>
<apikey>APIKEY</apikey>
<uribase>http://ip_local</uribase>
<uriview>http://ip_local/issues/</uriview>
<!-- Project Identifier is NEEDED ONLY if you want to create issues from TL -->
<projectidentifier>prueba_local</projectidentifier>
<custom_fields type="array">
<custom_field name="test" id="1">
<value>Value1</value>
</custom_field>
</custom_fields>
</issuetracker>

When I made a test execution I see that the issue was created but the custom field is not filled.

In redmine's logs:

Started POST "/issues.xml" for ip_local
Processing by IssuesController#create as XML
Parameters: {"issue"=>{"subject"=>"test2","description"=>"test","Project_id"=>"1"}}
User switched by: user (id=1)
......
Completed 201 Created in 92ms (Views: 1.9ms | ActiveRecord: 9.1ms)

Could you tell me if the configuration is correct?

Hi, the versions are TestLink 1.9.16 (Moka pot) and Redmine 3.3.3.

I have been testing and I think the problem is because in function addIssue does not detect that exists custom_fields in the configuration.

Hi fman, I've made new tests with TestLink 1.9.14 (Padawan) and I can see that the configuration is correct because Value1 was sent to "test".

Could you tell me if it is possible to send a file to redmine from Testlink?
