technical background of "status" field in test specification

Postby yuryP » Wed Dec 09, 2015 2:07 pm

hi guys,

I found, I can't add obsolete test cases in der TL Version 1.9.14 to the test plan.

Has "status" field in test specification some other impacts regarding program behavior?

possible values:
draft
ready for review
review in progress
...

unfortunately I couldn't find necessary information neither in a TestLink manual nor in a web yet.

Thanks for your advice.
regards
yury

Sometimes documentation is a little bit obscure but digging a little bit on changelog on MANTIS will help
Also reading CHANGELOG of different versions can help.
config.inc.php is a very good source of documentation.

Help on updating documentation or generating small but efficient documents is always welcomed.
Keeping documentation update is difficult and very time consuming, scarse resources are used on adding new features.
