To those who were wondering:
I compared the database creation script SQL files for both 1.9.1 and 1.9.3 and found that they were exactly the same. I continued with the upgrade without making any changes to the database scheme and haven't seen any problems so far. Thanks fman!

I have 1.9.3 installed on my QA server and I was wondering if there's a way I can configure testlink to return to its scroll bar position after each update of the test case tree.

I'm looking through the installation and configuration manual and it seems pretty clear on how to upgrade the code but I can't find any specifics on schema changes between the two versions.
