Re: [SOLVED / DUPLICATE] issues with fckeditor and Firefox 1
After we upgraded PHP and HTTPD on our TestLink server we got the same errors. Not only Firefox 17, but also IE8 did not show the ribbon anymore. Solution on the phplist link works correctly. In fact, if you also change it in the line just above the one they stated (where it checks for MSIE), then y...

(Job done) Re: Integrating TestLink with Contour
Job done! Now we're officially able to import requirements and the related section-structure from Contour into the requirements part of TestLink. Though it is only for TestLink 1.9.3 at this moment, 1.9.4 will follow in due time. The import is done using the API of Contour (Jamasoft) and retrieves ...

Re: Integrating TestLink with Contour
For those interested: We're currently modifying TestLink 1.9.3 to be able to import requirement specifications directly through the API from Contour. Status per today: we can read the requirements and folders from a baseline and re-create them into the TestLink requirements module. Left to do: being...

Merging two TestLink servers
I searched the forum for "merge projects", but couldn't find the answer yet. Situations is as follows: we have a central TestLink server (version 1.9.3), which is to be used by all projects. However, some of the projects still have a local TestLink server (version 1.9.3) and want to migrat...

OK, I'll do so. Just tried to provide a possible workaround (which works for us).

Re: API key of admin user works, API key of leader give erro
You could check if there is a difference in the default rights of the users and their rights on test projects / test plans. We're using the XMLRPC-interface too, and found a simular problem. Normally, when we make a new user we initially give him <no rights>. This makes access management easier, as ...

Re: Integrating TestLink with Contour
I understand. We're looking for some light integration. We only need the requirementlabels from the Contour environment and possibly some "structure" like requirementspecs, not a complete two-way traceability solution. Also, it does not have to be realtime. We only need the labels that wil...

Re: Help! Copy Tester Assignments issue
Could it have something to do with orphaned records? Previously, we migrated from a MySql to a PostGres database for TestLink and the person doing the database migration told me that he found some orphaned records related to test plans / builds that no longer existed. After the migration we found th...

Integrating TestLink with Contour
Does someone in this forumcommunity have any experience in linking Contour (JamaSoft) as Requirement Management Tool to the requirements module of TestLink 1.9? We're going to use of Contour in our company, but it would be nice if we could get the requirements from Contour into the requirements modu...

Philips Lighting, Eindhoven, The Netherlands
At Philips Lighting, Eindhoven, the Netherlands we're using TestLink at the Solutions Innovations Center for system and product testing. We're using it for about 2-3 years now. Since 1.5 years and the introduction of 1.9, the use spreads out over the various projects. We're using 1.9.3. Currently, T...
