The solution to this issue was that my Centos installation was missing the php-xml package. So to resolve on my system, the steps were:

1. yum install php-xml
2. /etc/init.d/httpd restart

Then all was goodness!

I have completed the installation of 1.7.4. I am able to login and access some pages, but when I try to access the User Administration page, I just get a blank page. Any ideas what the problem might be?

I looked at the edit mode, and it does appear to track edits that have been marked as a new version, but it does not appear to force the user to create a new version. Can you configure TestLink to force all test case edits to be saved as a new version?
