yes it's working fine for them too. The hyperlink on test case didn't come if we access them by searching eg: TC-72 in the search field. However if we open the direct url then the links inside a test case body are clickable eg: http://my_ip:8080/linkto.php?tprojectPrefix=TC&item=testcase&id=...

I was able to provide link to my previous bugs using the solution you've mentioned in mantis.
However that seems to work in Firefox only.
I tried in google chrome and the links don't take me anywhere rather they just open blank browser window.
