Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to 'Requirement Specification' section 2. change Status field to Implemented. All other fields set to [Any] 3. Click Apply 4. Some of the requirements listed has Status=Obsolete. I don't understand why. I hope the procedure above is more clear. Anyway, as you've said above...

The answer to the original question is NO.
There is no relation between id of requirements and id of req_versions.
id of req_versions is linked to id of nodes_hierarchy if node_type_id=8

Is there a quick way to display like using a command line script under unix to display Pass, Fail, Blocked, 'Not Run', TotalTestCases for each active Test Plan?

2. Output format MS Excel
The exported excel file doesn't have tester names when the Status=Not Run.
Can we export to an excel file where it will specify all tester names regardless of the Status?
