[SOLVED] Configure "actions" to always show

Hi Guys

Not sure this is a feature request - more a "I can't find the parameter"

Is there any way to make the "Actions" bar (for test spec etc) always show, rather than having to click it each time user wants to edit test case or similar?

Hiya I may be missing something totally obvious here, Is there a way to generate the Test Specification Documentation where you do not include inactive test cases? I cannot find a way to upgrade TL from 1.9.0 to 1.9.6 and maintain the changes he has performed. I thought merging would work, i've tried going through the steps in the above topic again. No luck.

Good Morning all. Not sure if this is a bug or something incorrect in my DB... Essentially, I have a 1.9.0 installation.
