Is there any documentation for REST?

I could not find it.

When are you planning to release SOAP or REST API?

Currently, I see only XML RPC that is working fine.

I have seen few forums that describes about updating Test cases in bulk with PASS or FAIL. I do not see that feature in 1.9.9.

Is it deprecated?
