For the import problem, we finally found the origin: in MySql, strict mode has to be disabled.
This solved the error above DB Access Error - debug_print_backtrace() OUTPUT START

I am currently using testlink 1.9.14. I have 17 active builds. I selected two builds to generate a test report matrix for those => it worked fine. REsults are displayed in browser.
