I have changed my /etc/php.ini memory_limit to 12M and then to 16M, but that has not resolved the problem.
I have deleted the testlink database and reloaded it using the sql scripts to recreate the database and reload the default data.

When I log into the TestLink web site, all it shows me is an empty 'test project' dropdown list on the first line, and 'Home', 'documentation', 'Personal', and 'Logout' links.
