I want to add a short help text on the start screen. I can do that by patching gui/templates/mainPage.tpl. But I don't think it's the correct way to do it. And it will not survive an update. Any suggestion how to do it right?

If you're not an expert (like me) I recommend to make a local copy; dump the database and copy the upload area and then install on a localhost and play around. We evaluated automated tests, running python scripts on external server, returning data to TestLink and it worked as expected (1.9.16). But still not implemented.
I think you can send data to test server, but I'm not sure.
Make local install and try, pretty fast to get running.

Hi, It seems that the number of attachments to a Test Case is limited to 20 (found by experience) (sum of Test Steps). I can't find any doc or config about it. Am I right? It's not a problem, more to understand the system. I don't think I hit any 1MB limit, yes the sum of the file sizes was above 1M...

Hi, when setting Pass / Fail or Blocked on a test case, the exectuion view is not updated. Pushing "Show latest execution" update both Execution history and the test case tree. "Update tree after every operation" is selected. TL 1.9.16, PHP 7, Firefox Quantum 57.0 Chrome works ok...
