Where is the log file for know and understand the errors ?

For requirement development, I have requirement specification into an other specification. But, when I generate test, only the very specify requirement can create tests.
How generate test with my requirement tree ?

I am a new user (and french personne).
The installation of Testlink is very easy : congratulation !
But, I have a problem about test : when I create a suite, I can't see this in th eleft part ==> I have tree. In fact, I can't create tests.
This is a blocking problem.
