TestLink

I collected/downloaded all software dumps neeeded (TestLink Dump, XAMPP for the combination of db,php and webserver). I want to use my local machine as server and Apache as webserver (which is running already) and i don't know where to place the TestLink Software installation file and how to proceed...

I am new to testlink and installation. I downloaded testlink s/w from testlink.org, which contain diffrent files(but no .exe file). I also downloaded XAMPP for Database,WebServer and PHP.

Now how to proceed for next step to install testlink
