TestLink

I have 2 problems

1. I cannot see the requirements menu on homepage of testlink.

2. Total bugs result cannot be displayed because there is no field for filling bugs in the execute page.

But i just only change file php.ini to show error. And now I set it to default then try to install the new one again. Now the smarty don\'t create any script in template_c.

I also check the files in the template folder, all of file exist.

So how can I fix this problem?????

I installed testlink 1.6.1 on window (php 4.4.2, apache 2.4.5, MySQL 4.1.18). At first when I have already installed, i login as admin I can create product and user.
