Re: how to localize the timezone?

That post goes to a 1.7 forum, which is now shut as 1.7 is no longer supported. Also, following the steps set out there I did not solve my timestamping issue.

Any ideas whether anything changed in 1.9 releases re timestamping? Running out of ideas now....

Re: Timestamp out by 1 hour

http://mantis.testlink.org/view.php?id=4468 I've raised a Mantis issue on this now - we've done a fair bit of work on this here and it seems like there is an issue between TestLink and PHP changing it's date.timezone codes that hasn't been resolved. If we're wrong about this, please correct us and t...

Re: Timestamp out by 1 hour

Can anybody help me with this? Any UK users had to reset thier time?

As with everything, I'm sure it's easy when you know how - I just don't know how!!

Re: Timestamp out by 1 hour

Brilliant - that looks like the the right place. Now how do I set it to read for standard GMT? Tried Europe/London, London, GMT, Europe/GMT, UTC......

Is there somewhere else I need to look to make this change applicable, do I need to restart my server to read this time, anything like that?

Timestamp out by 1 hour

Hello chaps, I can't seem to get TestLink to reflect the actual time - it always seems to be out by an hour, I can't get it to go right. I've tried looking in the documentation, trawling through the code and even checking the time/date settings on our host server - and nothing works. I know I'm ligh...

Re: TestLink Automation Configuration

Jack, that sounds rather good. We've gone a different route, we're using QTP and WinRunner (a holdover from previous 'regimes' if you like) and we're not having a great deal of success. We can get tests queued for Automation from TestLink, and the results passed back again, using an API which we wro...

Find & Replace Function

Is there a find and replace function in TestLink? We have a lot of test cases in which one parameter has changed, and manually tracking through these is proving to require a fairly large amount of man-effort. We would like to find a way to perform a search and replace function by suite, in pretty mu...

Re: SOLVED: Event viewer only displays single event

Not hugely - I have quite enough of my own projects on the go to take on any more. The easy fix would be to fully test in one browser, sanity test in the others, then write in the documentation which browser has had what testing and let people take thier own choices, rather than indicating complete ...

Re: SOLVED: Event viewer only displays single event

Figured out what the problem was - it doesn't display correctly in Internet Explorer.

Bearing in mind this is documented as being supported for IE7 it would perhaps be prudent if it was fully tested in IE7.

SOLVED: Event viewer only displays single event

When I log into TestLink 1.9 as an Admin user and click on the Events link in the taskbar, the only visible event is the most recent one. If I switch the list around I can view the earliest event, but I cannot see the full list. I've no idea why this is, it wasn't a problem on 1.8.5 and I haven't co...

TestLink Automation Configuration

Hi All, Apologies if this question has been asked before, I've looked around the forum and couldn't find the answer to my question. I am running TestLink 1.9, and I have several Test Suites within the database. We are undertaking a process of automating some of these tests, using QTP. I know that wi...

Re: Search not working with 1.9.1

Search isn't working for me either, I've got a test db with around 300 cases in it, the search just refuses to display a list of test cases it has found, or worse still finds a woefully incorrect amount (finding 16 test cases when I search via hardcoded test case ID).

Re: XML generator for TL 1.9

I'm getting the 'xml_load_ko' error with my exported file. I've tried all the steps here but still can't get it to import. Anybody else had a similar issue and happened upon a resolution?
