Re: Removing blank space in custom field
Hi, i have successfully removed the empty spaces from the fields. I defined the "default_value" to allow NULL, then i updated the value inside the "default_value" for the custom fields i created as NULL. It's working perfectly now. Thanks all for help!

Re: Removing blank space in custom field
...i'm using TestLink 1.8.5. I have that version too. There is nothing obvious to me in the file that fman mentioned, but there is another place to check: In the database, table named 'custom_fields', looking only at the fields that are giving this problem, make sure the 'default_value' column is a...

Re: User Authentication in Testlink using Oracle Data Base
Hi fman, I tried posting at the atlassian forums but there wasn't any response from there. Maybe i have created some confusion in my question, please allow me to rephrase my question. I would like to do an external authentication from an Oracle DB when logging into Testlink. I think mentioning JIRA ...

Removing blank space in custom field

User Authentication in Testlink using Oracle Data Base
Hi, I have been experimenting with TestLink 1.8.5 for some time and everything has been working very nicely for me. Now that i am implementing it to replace our old test management system, i would like to use the same user authentication as JIRA which runs on an Oracle Server. This is to prevent ext...

Re: Hack to use Apache authentication
Hi Lee, I am in the same situation as you, but instead of Apache my company is using Oracle and wishes to authenticate through an Oracle database. We didn't want to have another log in at Testlink or manage another set of credentials. Can i implement your changes to suit my oracle databse? Are there...
