I found that this issue was caused because I did not do the Data migration. I only did the DB scheme update.

Once I did the migration, the -0 was no longer there.

I set up my system to get the latest copy of the CVS tree via RSYNC. Using that, I have verified that you did, indeed, fix that bug. The files must not have been updated in the Snapshot I used to verify it was fixed.
