In Redmine that's not happening, but would be useful. Is this something that's missing in Redmine support or c...

trees is a good starter, i´ll check the config file for that.
the only other place where it might get confusing is in the testplan printouts.
i´ll submit a mantis ticket for that.

possibility to supress internal ID´s

congrats on providing a great RC2. while testdriving it i wondered if it is possible to suppress the display of the internal testproject/testcase ID in the tree and the testplans, as we already have an ID we use consistently in our projects. the internal ID´s tend to confuse the management stuff ;-)...

(5.0.22 >= 4.1.0) Connecting to database `testlink17`: OK! Sorry but I don't know how to upgrade from your schema version:...

moving from RC1 to RC2 will not do any harm to your data. there are two minor alternations in tables during the update process, but it will not touch your testcase data. i did the update already, and it worked. you still might want to see this link http://www.teamst.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=402 as...

1) and 2) answer in one:
when you choose from the dropdown, and submit the button, it will assign the marked testcases to that user at once. my guess is, that you did not mark anything, thats at least what happened to me, the first time i used this ;-)

i was relating to the way we develop our software. we´re having a product in the market for 3 years now, and usually the product does not develop in big leaps, but keeps getting smaller features added in a higher frequency. if you have a nice testcase repository for the product, you can make sure th...

usually you would write the testcases first, and then assign them to any number of testplans. the reason for this ist build a kind of growing repository of testcases to choose from. in our case, we´re usually not releasing new products very often, but make changes to an existing product. so you coul...
