Problem solved Now everything looks nice and charset is set to UTF-8.
I'm converting polish chars to special characters in HTML.

That mess with terms occur because of whole mess in testing terminology. Try to find some local glossary from for ex. university on the internet and use strictly only one version of terminology. And always remeber to translate in clear and easy to understand way for people who will read that. I've d...

I'm working on polish version of TestLink, any help would be great because it's lot of strings I've found nice testing terminology ang - pl dictionary. Before end of the next week translation will be ready.
