Re: Unable to do Text Formatting

I show the edit bars: https://imgbox.com/ASGLxOd8 The red square lower in the picture shows the cke editor in use. Not that you have to have that specific editor, but that's what I show. Assuming that you have no custom changes (which should not be applied to this file anyway), what do you show in y...

Apologies for the delay Sahaj...

Do you show any browser console errors?
If not, try clearing browser cache and reload.

Re: Installing Testlink 1.9.19 on Ubuntu 16.04

@fman

It looks like there's been a fix to this in Mantis?
I could try an install this weekend, for I do have Ubuntu 16.04. (not sure of the PHP version at the moment, I'm not on that machine)

Re: How to set custom status for a test case in 1.9.16?

Not sure about Chrome, I'd have to check. What version of Chrome do you have? Are you talking about the notes/description field when executing a test case? If so, I cannot paste an image there in Chrome or Firefox. If this is not the same area, add a screenshot, or at least an image link to one to t...

Re: How to set custom status for a test case in 1.9.16?

Not enough information to know.

What file(s) were edited? Should at least involve custom_config.inc.php, tlsmarty.inc.php
Where were the image files placed?

Might also try to clear browser cache.

It appears that the messages tell you what is missing?

I do not have Debian, but...

You can probably install mysql based on this info

...and the php-curl with this info

Re: How to show Text color and BG color in ckeditor

According to ckeditor's documentation , additional (optional) plugins are needed to support those two features. On the same page, relative to those two items, they also say: (red emphasis my edit) The Text and Background Color feature does not create semantically meaningful content. Even if you adju...

Re: Create new issue/Link existent issue:Displays Blank page

Ok, so check the webserver error log and the testlink logs, as typically an error happened when you get a blank page.

Most servers are set to NOT show this information, especially on a production machine.

Re: Passwordless Authentication

Do you mean like LDAP?

If so, see if this thread might help?

That and other LDAP history can be found by this search.

I've have never configured LDAP myself, so the details will have to be derived from the past postings.

Re: Windows OS - Setting time zone in testlink

@ Ferhan : The php.ini file is PHP-related file. (NOT a TestLink file) That file should be located wherever PHP is installed, likely: C:\Program Files (x86)\PHP. ...or if you might be using an alternative, such as XAMPP, then it might be located in: C:\xampp\php Either way, it depends on how/where P...

No need for sorry... if you don't know, you don't know, right?

I did not know either, that's why I asked if that was the same.

Re: Execution view not updated in Firefox

See if this reported Mantis issue is the same as what you see?

If not, then try this: in Firefox, open the web console [ctrl+shift+k] and then try that operation again to see if there might be any errors generated in the console?
