Re: Direct Acess
http://<testlink>/lib/general/frmWorkArea.php?feature=executeTest That might work, but requires them to already be logged into the TestLink site. It will depend on which project they had selected and to some extent which TestPlan. It might be easier just to tell them to click on the Execute Tests li...

Re: Drag and Drop fpr testsuites in testcase tree
Ahh, I see now. You have to be very precise when dragging the folder, almost to the bottom of the folder that you are moving it to. I had several testers of mine ask this question. I will let them know how to do it now.
Thanks fman.

Re: Assigning bulk test cases/test suite to test plan
If you have the proper permissions, there should be an "Add / Remove Test Cases" link under "Test Plan contents". Click it and then you can navigate the tree on the left side. Click on the folder you want and on the right side all the test cases in that folder should appear. Use ...

I would not expect any problems with Windows 10, but I would like to hear if you do.

Re: Acess database and delete user
You will probably need to be clearer with the problems you are seeing. A couple of questions pop up after reading your post.
1. Is this a brand new install of TestLink?
2. Is this an older xamp install or something?
3. Which Authentication method are you using, LDAP or DB?

Re: Apply High importance filter, result have other importan
The search includes all versions of the Test Cases. Thus, if any of the previous versions of the test case were set to High Importance, they will show up in the search, even if the current version of the test case is set to Medium or Low Importance. IMO this is working as I would expect it to based ...

Re: Apply High importance filter, result have other importan
Don't forget there is a difference between Test Importance, Test Urgency, and Test Priority. Test Priority is a combination of Test Importance and Test Urgency.
I tend to get them confused.

Re: Upgrade from 1.9.7 to 1.9.13
I would do a fresh install on the new server and migrate your database and config files to the new version. In the README document included in the download and in your main directory, navigate to section "5. Upgrade and Migration". Follow the steps there for your particular version. Your i...

Re: Create from existing Test Project
I believe Projects are completely separate, so there is no synchronization between them. I could be wrong on this though.

Re: Create from existing Test Project
I had a similar problem copying projects. It was awhile back, but I think I just upped the available resources in order to get all of the test cases copied to the new project. I can't remember exactly, but I believe these are the settings we increased: Here are the settings we tweaked in php.ini awh...

LDAP and DB users at the same time?
Howdy All,
Does anyone know if you can use LDAP users and DB users at the same time? I can't seem to enable both local users and LDAP users.
Thanks for your time.

Re: Testlink and DB tuning
Yeah, the way we have our test cases laid out now is logical. As the administrator, I am the main one that sees the problem. Our testers don't currently see test cases not assigned to them, so they don't get the full brunt of the problem. I hate to make a change to the projects, which affects everyo...
