I can't config easyphp and testlink

testlink installation puzzle me for a long time.I have download testlink_1.7rc2 and easyphp1-7_setup.exe,but how can I config them?
can you give me a installation instroduction?Thanks

1. first install easy php
2. check your apache, mysql and php is working ok
3.unpack tl on your htdocs dir
4. point your browser to tl directory
5. follow the instructions

I have finished installation,not htdocs directory,but www directory
