Can't install 1.7 RC3

Hello

Sorry by advance for my english speaking.

I want to install Tetslink 1.7RC3 on my server but when i send this line :

MYSERVER/install/newInstallStart_TL.php?installationType=new

i can't continue to do installation with this message :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: check_php_version() in /homepages/16/d150230910/htdocs/TESTLINK/install/newInstallStart_TL.php on line 74

I am on 1&1 with MySQL 5.0

Help me please

operating system
web server
MysQL version

I'm on 1&1 forwebserver.

With XAMPP on localhost it's ok but not on 1&1
