Testlink Prague 1.9.5 project page does not appear

Hello,
I previously had 1.8.5 installed and I deleted all the related folders including the database to get a fresh start.
When I install Testlink 1.9.5 the installation seems to complete correctly (it asks to add the config file at the end) but when the installation completes the "Make a New project" page does not appear and instead I get a "website cannot be displayed page".
I would appreciate your help.
