Not able to configure interface with Bugzilla.

I am using TestLink 1.7RC3.

I have followed all the instruction from the document about configuring Bugzilla with TestLink but its not working. I am able to see the bug management icon and when I click on that I get blank page (bug_add.php)

$g_bugInterface=new $g_bugInterfaceName is returning me NuLL value i guess object is not getting created.

Any idea?
