Unable to show Document Options on Linux

In the menus Generate Test Specification Document and Generate Requirement Specification Document, I am expecting all Document Options such as Table of Contents, Test Case Scenario, Test Case keywords, etc. I'm able to see all these options on my Windows Testlink, but I can't see them shown on my Linux version Testlink. Linux version doesn't show any options at all. I compared all settings in config.inc.php files and didn't see big difference except for one for Windows and the other for Linux. Any clue? Thanks.
