TestLink Install Guide for Windows 2008 R2 w/ IIS

I've installed the TestLink 1.9.4 on IIS7 & MSSQL2008. The installation was successful. However when I invoke the login page I'm getting the following php error message.

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error

When I check the event viewer the following error was noted.

I'm clueless. Eventhough I search for solution, I couldn't find anything concrete. Can someone please help me?

I can not find the dll "php_mssql.dll" (Step Line 9)

how to proceed?
