TL 1.7 not connected to bug tracking - how to remove warning

Testing TL1.7 on our opensource project, i wish not to connect TL on our bug tracking system for the moment.

How could i remove the warning message displayed everywhere
(Connection to your Bug Tracking System has failed)

My config:
$g_bugInterfaceOn = FALSE;
$g_bugInterface = null;
