[SOLVED] Problem with installation

During installation in WIN7, the following message appears.
In WIN7 isnt directory /var/testlink/logs/ .
Please, how do I remove these two issues?
I can not move forward.

In the readme file is nothing about how to install TestLink in WIN7.

The installation program tests the existence of the directories hard.
I do not know how the provide folders in WIN7. In Linux it's easy.
But I do not know in WIN7.
Advise someone, please?

Resolved.
Again the problem between keyboard and chair.
Also it might occur to me right away.
Maybe it helps someone.
In the file config.inc.php must be set as follows:
