DB Connection issue testlink docker image

Hello All,

we have installed the testlink from bitnami as docker image but when bought the instance and tried connecting with DB we are getting the below issue


The Db connection is failing out for the second time connection -this is the error we are facing with the test link

Any suggestion or resolution for this issue let me know
