1.7.0 to 1.7.1 upgrade instructions?

Do instructions for upgrading from 1.7.0 to 1.7.1 exist? If so, where may I find them?

In the Installation Manual included with the 1.7.1 distribution, the Upgrade section doesn't include DB upgrade instructions. However, the note on the "TestLink 1.7.1 Released" News page indicates that a DB update "could be" done with installer. Need some direction on doing both manually and automatically.

Create a new dir with 1.7.1 code
Launch your browser
clear cookies
point your new installation, TL must say you what you have to do (if some change on db is needed)
