Assign new role

I searched through forum and mantis but cannot find the answer that solve my issue. I need to know this:

After created a new role, I have tied a new user to it. Found that all
projects will automatically tied to this user. What is the
configuration to be done so that the user will not automatically tied to all
projects?

This is not user-friendly then. When we create a user, we do not necessary want that user to auto-tied to all existing projects. To un-tie them one by one is time consuming.

Thats your opinion.
Just create users with role NO_RIGHTS
and then assign role you need on testplans you need

You always will get a answer from dev team.
Unfortunatelly we can cope will all user requests.

Any way report an issue on Mantis requesting a config option to configure
is work on :
closed mode -> i.e. by default user will only have access to tesplan if explicetely defined

open mode (actual implementation)

this may be can be interesting/useful.

My standard request:
if you do not have make a post on forum indicating that your company is
using TL, please do it.
