Problem with ÄÖÜ Character

Hi @all,
i\'m new at Testlink.
I have installed Ver. 1.6.1 on MySQL 4.1.18. Most will work.
Only showing german Strings with Ä or Ü or Ö will not work korrekt.
Have i forgott any configuration??

Try enabling UTF8 in the config testlink file.
check the character set of your DB
