xampplite_mantis_testlink

I have downloaded xampplite_mantis_testlink.exe but while executing it gave error box(7-Zip) with message Archive cannot be supported. I then downloaded & installed 7-zip and tried extracting files again, it then gave me a error box(7-Zip:Daignostic messages) with message Cannot open file 'C:\documents and settings \Amar\desktop\xampplite_mantis_testlink.exe' as archive.
Please Help
