Edit/Delete test suite does not work after upgrading

upgraded testlink from 1.0.4 to 1.6.2 and i cannot edit/delete existing and newly created test suites.
When tried to create new test suite, it says Test plan successfully created!
but again cannot edit/delete it now.

1. if this is an issue report it on mantis
