Is Customfileld type can be created as type Test steps field

Yeh guys can we create a custom field which as the the same size as the test Steps or expected result.
I need to create a customfiled which needs more then 2000 char in size
Is this possible ?
Please help me solve this issue.

cf size limited to 255, you need to change field size on table and constant on custom field class
