I have installed the XAMPP. the control window indicates that the Apache is not running.
i have tried to start the services from the services window but it fails:
\"Windows cannot start the Apache2 on local computer ..... error code 1\"
Hmm... This is not a TestLink problem
So...
1. Tries to set Apache as service, using \\xampp\\apache\\apache_installservice.bat
2. Look at the IIS properties - if IIS is installed, stop it, and then start the Apache service.
