Integrate Test Link with Bugzilla

As i m new to this , so i m facing following issues :

Q1. I have Integrated Test Link with Bugzilla. I also assigned a Bug Id
corresponding to the failed Test Case.

But when I click on the Entered Bug Id, it opens the Bugzilla Page
showing message "Bug ID does not exist" i.e Invalid Bug ID.

Can any body tell me how to Resolve the same issue.

Q2 : What is Type of Bug Id i.e is Character Type, Numeric Type or Alphanumric Type.

Dear Abdul,

First u integrate Test Link with Bugzilla and post all identified bugs into Bugzilla. In Bugzilla Bug-Id is in sequential Order.

Pick a Bug-id from Bugzilla corresponding to Failed Test Case and then Put the same Bug-Id corresponding to Failed Test Case in the TestLink.

In a similiar way link all Bug Id's with your Test Cases.

Hi Vijay,

I know this is kind of late but when u said u "post the bugs" into bugzilla - what is it exactly u do?

Does TestLink automatically make entry in Bugszilla?
OR
Does the tester have to enter the bug details in bugszilla?

Also can u tell if there is a way to post bugs into bugszilla from testlink when we click "add a bug" button?
