Uploading an image error

When we are attempting to load an image we are getting the error "Sorry, Cannot map "UsersFilesPath" to a physical path. You must set "UserFilesAbsolutePath" value in "editor/filemanager/browser/default/connectors/php/config.php".

I have made all necessary changes as outlined in documentation. This strangely enough works on some servers but we are seeing it on lots of others now.
