Build Table missing data after 1.7.4. migrate to 1.8.3

Hi everyone;

I upgraded from 1.7.4 to 1.8.3, following the instructions to a tee, I even practiced the upgrade several times before executing it.

Now I have a test plan that has no record of it's builds. All other test plans have their execution history and builds.

I am wondering if anyone has experienced this issue and if any one has resolved it.
