New Installation - Tables created but still not installed

Hello!
I'm using TestLink 1.6.2 on Suse 10 (64 bits).
I've done all the pre-steps in order to install TestLink (create a new user with privileges over 'TestLink' database). During the installation I receive all the "green lights" necessary. At the end of it I got one message telling me that was not possible to write on config_db.inc.php and asks me to write the code myself on that file. Ok, done that but when I attempt to access the testlink url it tells me that nothing is installed ("Fatal Error. You haven't configured TestLink yet.
Click Here To Start Installation/Setup!")

....any ideia?

Verify that
- is in the correct directory (the same as config.inc.php)
- php could read the file (#chmod a+r config_db.inc.php)

I just solved the issue - I was trying to create the testlink user by myself. Yeah, I'm stupid.

Just for the record: Testlink Developers, I'm a hige fan of you guys!
