Install (upgrade) time?

We are running a medium-sized TestLink 1.6RC2 database (on a P4 server, 1GB RAM), and wanting to upgrade to 1.6.2. Can anybody give me an idea of the time involved? Also, any ideas or hints?

I guess maximally two hours for me.
I think that DB schema didn't change, but verify it just to be sure. (See dir install/sql/1.6/.)
