Put only link of BugZilla

Hi folks,

I am using testlink 1.8
Is this possible to put only the link of the bugzilla in the testlink. I mean I don't have the database User name , password. So is this possible i just simple put the URL in the config file and the ICON appears on the testlink.
Upon clinking on the Icon it just opens the bts.

I would also get url links working without db connection. Which is not allowed in our project. Central JIRA database

Is it possible to enabel bug link without status update
