test case ID's not migrating - 1.7.4 to 1.8.4

After migrating from 1.7.4 to 1.8.4, I found that the test case ID's are missing...they are all zeros.

Has anyone else seen this problem? is there a fix?

You probably did just schema update without data migration. There are two steps on Installation script.

I´m doing the two steps of the procedure. But the field tc_external_id is not updated, all the records of the table tcversions are marked with the value 0.

Browse logs and let us know what you find out. Are you sure that migration was proceeded without error to the very end. It could take a lot of time for large data.

Can you please let me know what are the migration steps you followed?

i did below steps
1. took db backup of 1.7.x
2. created 1.8.5 tables using sql file provided by 1.8.5
3. imported the db backup of 1.7.x.

but after doing this, login page itself is empty. please help.
