How to use testlink over internet

Hi,

I am new to testlink. I have installed it successfully and it is working fine for me. I want to give my testlink URL to someone through which I am connected through internet.

I have tried with WAMP server and XAMPP server. When my friends try to access my testlink URL they got below mentioned error message.

Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

Some friends get:
Page can not be displayed.

Please help me how can I make available my testlink URL to others connected through internet.
