Testlink 1.7.4 + bugzilla 3.0

Hi i installed sucessfully testlink and bugzilla and able to integrate both.(both installed on the same machine), using EasyPHP 2.0 ( for apache,php and Mysql)

The problem which i am facing is that,

In bugzilla.cfg file for 'define('BUG_TRACK_DB_HOST', <bugzilladbhost>)'

For <bugzilladbhost> = localhost is mentioned its working fine but when

for <bugzilladbhost>= IP adress/systemname mentioned showing an error i.e. "Connection to your Bug Tracking System has failed:
Please check your configuration."

so, in order to rectify this problem what should i need to do.....
